Justice Kavanaugh In The Supreme Court

Donald Trump received the job of selecting a Supreme Court candidate when Justice Anthony Kennedy announced that he would be retiring at the end on June. Brett Kavanaugh met Donald Trump’s requirements. The newly appointed Supreme Court Justice was the cause of much agitation on July 9, 2018. Kavanaugh is a conservative, republican and religious person. People believe that because of his background, he’ll make “the wrong” decisions on important issues like abortion, immigration and the Second Amendment.

People tend to be negative and make snap decisions without being properly informed. They also follow others’ opinions out of the same lack of knowledge. Justice Kavanaugh is not a person who can be judged on his opinions without knowing what he believes about key issues facing the nation. Different people have different opinions of the new Justice. For some, he is a Supreme Court Justice who will end legal abortions and strengthen gun rights. He will also slow down the rights of LGBTQ communities. Justice Kavanaugh does not oppose the right to keep and bear arms. However, that doesn’t mean he is in favor of gun violence. Kavanaugh, in fact, has expressed his desire to ban automatic machines guns. Recently, abortions have been a hot topic. What’s his opinion on this issue? Even though he’s very conservative and religious, that won’t make him make unconstitutional rulings. Therefore, he won’t change anything that was previously confirmed. You may be wondering if anyone has asked the Justice about his position on immigration after discussing the above topics. The truth is that immigration is a very important issue, as soon the Supreme Court will hear cases involving illegal immigration. The Supreme Court will soon hear cases regarding illegal immigration.

CNN, The New York Times, Time, and other sites keep the public updated with their great articles on the government. Since the announcement, many articles have appeared. Some that stand out are How Brett Kavanaugh can change the Supreme Court, and America. Dear Senate: don’t hesitate to ask Kavanaugh if he has any questions regarding immigration. These articles have been written with a focus on factual information, and without bias. Time presents evidence from his confirmation hearing of 2006 where he stated that “it was decided” on abortion (Bennett), and it is clear that he accepts and agrees to the decision other authority figures have made. The article on Immigration supported their argument using previous immigration cases. For example, Sessions v. Dimaya. Plyer and Doe.

The articles presented the arguments with evidence that made them logical. The articles do not reflect the author’s opinion but instead focus on information from the past that could help predict what Justice Kavanaugh might decide when cases like Roe v. Wade reach the Supreme Court to be decided. CNN, The New York Times, Time, and other websites can be relied upon for accurate information. They can do great harm to them by losing their audience if they don’t provide the correct information. It is not necessary for the public be concerned about the arguments made by the authors. They are all calming and reassuring. Justice Kavanaugh does not deserve blame and it’s clear that he can make the right decisions. If he wasn’t selected, he wouldn’t have been.

“Kavanaugh said in his 2006 confirmation hearings that Roe had already been decided. However, Supreme Court Justices are able to chart a different direction than lower courts.” Kavanaugh has a reputation for his clarity and intellect. On that day, Kavanaugh said his job was not to create laws but rather interpret them as fairly as possible. This means that even though a conservative person makes decisions, they do not ignore the liberal causes that many have fought. You are right that he may be influenced by his conservative views, but you must also remember that there are many others who think the way he believes. The government has to respect both liberal and conservative beliefs.

In conclusion, whether you’re a democrat of republican doesn’t define who or what you are. Some republicans care more about safety than others. Not all republicans are against abortion. They also respect the right of women to control their own bodies. Some republicans do not hate immigrants. They understand how important immigrants are to the country’s economy and they know that it was immigrants who founded this nation. Like he said on the day he announced his nomination, his role is to follow law and not make it. You should stay informed to avoid making assumptions.
